BUILDING A SUSTAINABLE ECONOMY TOGETHER

Attention Entrepreneurs and Small Business Owners

Do you have an idea for a new business, product or service?

The aim of the UW-Richland's economic development program is to provide you with the educational support and resources that you will need to turn your visions into a successful reality.

You can help us understand more about what you hope to accomplish, and how we might help, by completing our online survey. This information is for use in our program database only. We will not distribute your information to other organizations unless you request.

A primary objective of this project is to identify the specific educational needs of our area's business owners, entrepreneurs and their workforce. Therefore, we require that you complete all fields in sections I and IV. Of course, the more information you provide to us, the better we will be able to respond to your educational needs.

When you have completed the form, please click the "Submit" button at the bottom of the page.

Thank you for your interest. If you have question regarding this form, please contact Diane Treis Rusk (608-647-6186, extension 249).

If you prefer to print and complete a hardcopy of this form, you may download the form here.
