“The customer is always right,” is not true, but there is a polite way to inform the customer of the correct answer and to keep their business. This workshop is designed to get you thinking like a customer at your business. What types of things can you do to make things easier on the customer? What things are you already doing well? We will concentrate on top customer service companies and take your real life examples and determine how we could have made it more customer friendly.
