Learn to make simple fresh egg pastas. This is a hands-on class where you will learn basic dough preparation, methods of cutting pasta, and quick ravioli making. You will also make tasty sauces to pair with your homemade pastas. Please bring your own apron. Classes held in the UW-Richland Science Building room 106. Limited to 10 people.
